You also receive all information per licence plate in your own software. Even if your software is not yet integrated, you can still use it. The e-invoice can be downloaded and imported directly. This saves a tremendous amount of time and money!

Direct connection with the Dutch Tax Authority – motor vehicle tax (MRB): eConnect has its own Digipoort connection, providing a direct, secure link with the Tax Authority. We retrieve the motor vehicle tax invoice specifications for you and deliver them as e-invoices to your online environment or directly into your financial administration.

Fleet Flow is unique

There is no other solution in the Netherlands that fully automates the processing of MRB and fines. Solutions that partially automate the process still require significant time and manual effort, both at predictable moments (MRB) and continuously (fines).
When you use Fleet Flow, you automatically receive a booking proposal in your accounting system—or an e-invoice is ready for you. Once you review the split booking in your purchase ledger after import, you’ll realise that manually entering these invoices is a thing of the past!

eConnect then converts the invoice specification from the Tax Authority or the fine from the CJIB into a standard e-invoice (UBL). You will also receive all licence plate information in your eConnect account or via your own software. Even if your software is not yet integrated, you can still benefit.
