Advantages of the procurement service bus (psb)

Besides standard Peppol, the PSB also gives you direct access to other e-invoicing networks, such as Ariba, Tungsten, Coupa and Tradeshift.

automatic xml transformation

Does the customer need a different format or version than you are able to send? The PSB automatically recognises which transformation is needed to deliver the document.

proactive route detection

E-invoicing without manual setup. We actively check for the existence of the receiving party's Peppol ID.

retry mechanism

If your network is down temporarily, all messages will still be delivered as soon as it's back online, thanks to our retry mechanism. And when recipients' access points are temporarily unavailable, eConnect will continue to retry sending the bill for 48 hours.

REST-API en native push

The PSB is based on the REST API Webservices with OAUTH2 security. The statuses and delivery of documents are transmitted via push messages to the customer's endpoint.

e-return

Because of e-return messages, the sender automatically receives notification of a changed invoice status from the invoice recipient.

Procurement service bus - how does it work?

If you need high-volume processing, eConnect's PSB is the solution! The traceability of each document prevents batch processing and allows real-time tracking of each document. The volume is distributed across at least (in the minimum configuration) five Access Points via reliable queues and is dynamically distributed from the PSB. The infrastructure is scalable at any time, without any noticeable change in service. This means fully automatic and guaranteed delivery, even at high volumes!
