Three models, one engine. Refer as referral, resell as reseller, or run Peppol under your own brand as white label. Same PSB and compliance coverage; your role differs.

Refer without delivering yourself. You introduce customers and receive a fee per connection. No technical integration, no own support. Fits consultants, accountants and advisers who want to recommend e‑invoicing.
Resell as part of your own offer. You integrate via the PSB REST API or a standard integration, keep the customer relationship and set your own price. eConnect supplies technology and compliance in the background.
Your brand, Peppol certificate optional. Own login domain, identity provider and tenant isolation, and if you want operating under the eConnect Peppol certificate. No annual OpenPeppol contribution or audits required.
Each model offers a different level of involvement and control. Start with what fits today; partners often move to a closer model as volumes and ambition grow.
Every partner model runs on the same PSB. It processes more than 12 million documents a year for 20,000+ organisations in 15+ countries, with a contractual SLA uptime of 99.99% and processing under 100 milliseconds per document.
A quick comparison on the usual decision points. The models are not mutually exclusive: start with what fits today and grow. Many partners begin as referral and later move to reseller or white label when e‑invoicing becomes a larger part of their proposition. That move is smooth: same API, same compliance, same contacts.
A connection of almost ten years. Users e-invoice in a few steps, visible at KVK and Kenter.

Integration and software partners describe in their own words how they use eConnect. Not loose quotes: published partner stories. See all partner stories.
Three models, increasing in involvement and control. As a referral partner you introduce customers to eConnect and receive a fee per connection, without integrating or providing support yourself. As a reseller you integrate the eConnect PSB into your own software via REST API or a standard integration, keep the customer relationship and set your own price. As a white-label partner you offer Peppol under your own brand, with your own login domain and tenant isolation, while eConnect supplies the technology and the Peppol Access Point certificate.
In the first meeting we decide together which model fits your audience, technical capacity and commercial ambition. The choice is not irreversible: the models overlap in practice and you can grow later.
Yes. In practice many partners start as referral and grow into reseller or white label once e-invoicing becomes a larger part of their proposition. The move is smooth because the underlying technical base stays the same. We discuss what a model change means for the partner contract and commercial terms.
Terms are set in a partner contract and vary by model and volume. Referral uses a fee per referred customer. For reseller and white label we agree a pricing and margin structure that fits your audience and volumes.

eConnect is live or in active development in 15+ countries, with a focus on Europe. The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Poland, Italy, Spain and Slovakia are on the current partner country list.
As a partner you use that coverage without building country-specific knowledge or certifications yourself. See compliance as a managed service for the full overview.
Partners name three main reasons. First, the integration experience: one REST API with OAuth2, OpenAPI/Swagger documentation and SDKs in PHP and .NET opens Peppol, other procurement networks and email. Test in the sandbox and follow the Getting started guide for your first integration. No separate connections per country or network. Second, compliance as a managed service: rules in 15+ countries are kept current and changes in standards and CTC requirements are applied centrally, with no work on the partner side. Third, proven operations: 99.99% uptime SLA (in practice 100% since 2017), processing under 100 milliseconds per document and a capacity of 200,000 messages per hour.
Status messages and CTC reporting messages are included in the document price. In many other models each message counts as a separate transaction.
That depends on the model. A referral partnership can start as soon as the partner contract is signed. A reseller or white label track typically starts within two weeks, aside from integration on your side. The partner process describes each phase with lead times and responsibilities.
In thirty minutes we cover your audience, technical setup and commercial starting points. No sales pitch; a concrete direction.
