eConnect works with developers of financial software to make e-invoicing as accessible as possible. Through direct integrations with more than 30 software packages, you can send and receive invoices via Peppol without leaving your familiar work environment. Behind every integration is a partnership with the software provider, so the integration stays reliable and maintained. Updated for 2026.
In short eConnect integrates with more than 30 accounting, ERP, and invoicing systems. The integrations range from fully automated cloud integrations to enterprise integrations via SFTP. Each integration is the result of a partnership with the software provider.
Partnerships are a key part of the eConnect strategy. By working together with software providers, eConnect ensures that e-invoicing fits seamlessly into the workflows of end users. This applies to small accounting packages as well as extensive ERP systems. The integration is designed so that after a one-time configuration, you can exchange invoices fully automatically.
eConnect works with, among others, Van Meijel Automatisering (construction and infrastructure), Unit4, AllSolutions, Lucom Benelux, and numerous other software providers in the Netherlands and beyond. See the full overview of partnerships and software integrations and read about the partner model for software providers.
Tip: before setting up an integration, make sure your IT department has opened port 443 (HTTPS) to the eConnect endpoint. This applies to all software integrations that communicate via the API.
The way your software connects with eConnect depends on the package and your subscription. There are five integration patterns (Quick Connect is an accelerated variant within Connection Keys, not a separate pattern).
The most commonly used method. You generate a set of keys (App Key + Secret) in the eConnect platform and enter them in your software package. The software then communicates directly with the eConnect API. Used by, among others, AFAS, AccountView, 4PS, Accept, and KING Software.
A direct OAuth connection with cloud software. Invoices are automatically read in or booked without manual intervention. Available for Exact Online, Dynamics 365 Business Central, SnelStart, and Unit4 ERPx.
An accelerated variant of the connection keys integration. Via the Quick Connect UI in the platform, you set up the integration in a few steps. Available for Basecone, Exact Multivers, WhiteVision, Yuki, and Radar.
Your software sends PDF or XML invoices by email to an eConnect email address. The platform processes the invoices automatically and prepares them as draft, sales, or purchase invoices. Used by Payt, Twinfield, Yoobi, Magic Promis, and e-boekhouden.nl.
For larger organizations with on-premise systems. Requires a contract and an intake meeting with eConnect. Suitable for SAP (HTTPS), Unit4 ERP CR (SFTP), Unit4 Financials by Coda (HTTPS), and the Oracle variants (EBS, NetSuite, Fusion Cloud) via the PSB REST API.
eConnect's CLI tool for Windows. Exchanges invoices via a local folder structure, and is also suitable for AI workflows and automation. Suitable for Syntess and similar on-premise software.
Tip: More information about the integration methods and which subscription you need can be found at Integration methods.

Is your software not listed? There are always options: via the Email Receiver, the ClientConnector, or by building your own integration via the REST API.

That depends on the type of integration. For most native integrations (via connection keys), a Basic subscription is sufficient. Enterprise integrations via SFTP or HTTPS require a Professional or Enterprise subscription. The Autopilot and Quick Connect are available from Basic.
Yes, you can connect multiple software packages simultaneously with eConnect. Each package gets its own set of connection keys. This is useful if you use both an accounting system and a procurement platform, for example.
Probably yes. Via the custom integration you can connect any package that can generate or process UBL files. Use the Email Receiver, Autopilot, or the PSB API to connect your software. Contact our support team if in doubt.
